Six types of testing to assess materials, structure, and packaging strength.
- 01RAW MATERIALS
Paper is checked before production.
RCT & BST — Ring Crush Test and Bursting Strength Test on each incoming paper roll assess ring compression and burst resistance against specifications.
- 02CORRUGATED SHEETS
Structural strength is measured too.
FCT & ECT — Flat Crush Test and Edge Crush Test measure resistance to flat and edge compression in corrugated board.
- 03BOXES & ADHESION
Check box strength and layer bonding.
BCT & PAT — Box Compression Test measures a box's resistance to compressive loads. Pin Adhesion Test measures the bond between the liner and fluting.

How long does production take, and can you deliver to my location?
Estimated production time is around 5–10 working days, depending on the product ordered. Share your required date and delivery address so we can confirm production and shipping schedules.
What should I prepare for a quotation?
Prepare the product type, internal or external dimensions with units, contents weight, estimated quantity, printing requirements, and delivery address. If specifications are incomplete, send a photo or packaging sample via WhatsApp for discussion.
