Which products can I discuss with your team?
Our range includes Corrugated Sheets, Single Face Corrugated, Standard RSC Boxes, Mailer Boxes, Carry Boxes, and Top & Bottom Boxes. Shape, materials, dimensions, and printing are discussed before order specifications are agreed.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For MOQ information, contact our team on WhatsApp at +62 817-0102-001. Include your product, dimensions, and quantity requirements.
Can I order custom dimensions?
Yes. Share the length, width, and height with units. Specify whether these are internal or external dimensions. For sheets, include length and width, and flute direction if already determined.
Which flute types and materials are available?
Single Face is available in BF and EF. Single Wall is available in B, C, and E flute, and Double Wall in BC and EB flute. The appropriate option is discussed based on your product and its application.
Can you print a logo on the box?
Send your logo or artwork, print position, estimated number of colours, box dimensions, and quantity. Material suitability and the printing process are confirmed before quotation and production.
How long does production take?
Estimated production time is around 5–10 working days, depending on the product ordered. Share your target delivery date early so our team can confirm the schedule for your order.
Do you deliver outside Tangerang?
Share the full destination address, order quantity, and required date. Delivery availability, cost, and timing are confirmed based on the destination and order. Include any special unloading requirements.
How do I request a price quotation?
Send your name, company, contact details, product type, dimensions, estimated quantity, and requirements through the Contact page or WhatsApp. Include contents weight, printing needs, and the destination address for a more detailed discussion.
Can I request a sample or send an existing box?
You can send photos and sample specifications via WhatsApp. Coordinate physical samples, sample production, costs, and timing with our team first so your requirements can be reviewed.

What quality tests do you perform?
Our testing capabilities include RCT and BST for incoming paper, FCT and ECT for board, BCT for box compression strength, and PAT for layer adhesion. Share any required parameters or reports when requesting a quotation.
