Each incoming paper roll is checked to verify material strength before it is used in production.
Packaging needs suitable materials, structure, and layer bonding. Six types of testing help us check quality from incoming paper to finished boxes.

Each incoming paper roll is checked to verify material strength before it is used in production.
Sheets are checked for flat and edge compression strength against the relevant testing parameters.
Box compression strength and liner-to-fluting adhesion are assessed using different tests.
Checks the compression resistance of paper formed into a ring.
Provides one basis for assessing material strength before production.
Checks paper's resistance to pressure until it bursts.
Helps check material strength against specifications.
Checks the board's resistance to pressure perpendicular to its surface.
Provides information about the fluted structure's resistance to flat compression.
Checks compression resistance at the edge of corrugated board.
Provides an edge compression strength parameter for discussing board specifications.
Checks the whole box's resistance to compressive loads.
Assesses load-bearing performance for the box construction tested.
Checks the strength of the bond between liner and fluting.
Helps assess layer adhesion as well as paper strength.
Test results describe different properties. Burst, flat crush, edge crush, and box compression resistance are not interchangeable. Share any parameters your customer already requires.
If you do not have written specifications, start with total contents weight, box dimensions, stacking arrangements, cushioning needs, and distribution conditions. These help us discuss the strength your packaging needs.
For test reports or specific acceptance criteria, confirm the parameters, units, and requirements when requesting a quotation.
Send the specifications with your packaging needs so our team can discuss the relevant parameters.
